Ticketing FAQs

Tickets booked through unofficial agents and listings like Gumtree, eBay could possibly be fake, stolen or invalid. Ticketek is the only authorised ticketing agent for Qudos Bank Arena. To purchase tickets to an event, please visit the Ticketek website or call 132 849. For all other ticketing enquiries please contact the Ticketek Call Centre or complete an online enquiry.

If tickets are still available, last minute tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Box Office located on the left hand side of the Grand Foyer.

The Ticket Box Office usually opens 30 minutes before external doors to the venue open.
Tickets can only be collected at the Ticket Box Office the day of the event. The Ticket Box Office usually opens 30 minutes before external doors open. As a part of the terms of sale, the only person authorised to collect pre-paid tickets is the credit/debit card holder. The credit/debit card holder must also present the following ID to collect tickets in person:
  • Credit/debit card that was used to purchase the tickets 
  • Valid Photo ID
  •  Valid concession card or proof of entitlement (for concession tickets only)
The Arena does not offer discounts for large groups although the event promoter can.
If you purchased tickets during a presale period and you believe better tickets are available, you are not able to swap tickets.

If you are unable to attend the event you purchased tickets for, we unfortunately do not provide refunds.

If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen, you will need to contact Ticketek. Please note that there may be no replacement for General Admission tickets. When contacting Ticketek about lost or stolen tickets please ensure you have:
- Your ‘My Ticketek’ account number 
- Details of the event you are attending including name, date, time and venue 
- An explanation of the circumstances 
- Only the credit/debit card holder is entitled to collect replacement tickets upon presentation of their credit/debit card used to make the booking, sufficient photo identification and their ‘My Ticketek account number’.
