If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen, you will need to contact Ticketek. Please note that there may be no replacement for General Admission tickets. When contacting Ticketek about lost or stolen tickets please ensure you have:
- Your ‘My Ticketek’ account number
- Details of the event you are attending including name, date, time and venue
- An explanation of the circumstances
- Only the credit/debit card holder is entitled to collect replacement tickets upon presentation of their credit/debit card used to make the booking, sufficient photo identification and their ‘My Ticketek account number’.
