Note: Box Office will open 1 hour before the show commences. External doors will open 1 before the show commences. Show duration approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes including a 20-minute interval during the performance.

Important Information
- For the best experience, patrons are strongly encouraged to arrive early for the event and leave additional time for the Security Screening Process when entering the Arena. This process will include mandatory bag searches and patron screening
- Ages 2+ at the date of show require a ticket for entry. Children under 2 admit free on the lap
- Commercial food is not permitted in the Arena. Packed lunches (e.g. sandwiches) for children, cut-up fruit, poppers and sealed bottles of water are permitted
- Empty water bottles are permitted and can be filled up with water at our Hydration Stations on each level
- A microwave will be available at the Information Desk located on Ground Level
- Pram cloaking will be located adjacent to Entry A at the QBar free of charge. You can access your items during the event free of charge
- Booster cushions are provided free of charge. However, numbers are limited. You are welcome to bring your own
- Any Patron aged 15 years or under, must be accompanied by an adult
- Share your tickets with the group coming with you before you arrive. More info on ticket sharing here
- The Arena is now 100% cashless, please bring your card or phone for payments
- No backpacks regardless of size will be permitted
- No bags over a5 (20 cm x 15 cm) will be permitted
- Follow signage and the directives of staff at all times
- Patrons must only sit in the seat number printed on your ticket
- Consider your travel options, plan ahead and allow extra travel time

- Strobe lighting may be used throughout the performance
- Hydration Station (water fountain) facilities are available within the Arena. Please bring your empty water bottles – (No glass, hard plastic or metal & no bottles larger than 600ml)

IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION:
- Face Masks are recommended
- NSW Health recommends people who are sick or have tested positive for COVID stay home until their symptoms have gone
