Any patron aged 15 years or under must be accompanied by an adult.

All bags must be smaller than A5 or 20cm x 15cm. No backpacks of any size will be permitted.

All bags are subject to a search procedure upon arrival.

Clear bags are encouraged.

The Ticket Box Office usually opens 30 minutes before external doors to the venue open.

Small personal cameras (cameras with a lens that extends less than 5cm from the body of the camera) and mobile phones with cameras are permitted for events. We ask that you turn off your flash so as not to distract the performers or other patrons. For SLR or larger cameras please see ‘Professional photography and video cameras’. 

Recording Devices (Audio or / Visual) – like GoPros, etc – will not be allowed entry to Qudos Bank Arena and will need to be cloaked prior to entry.

If you have items to cloak they can be cloaked for a $10 fee with all proceeds going directly to a special chosen charity partner.

For patrons with sensitive hearing, earplugs are available at all events at the Information Desk located in the Grand Foyer for $2 a pair.

The start time of your event will be displayed on your ticket and will be posted on the Arena’s website a week prior. Please keep in mind, all running times are approximate only and are subject to change.

The First Aid room is located on the Main Concourse (Ground level) adjacent to Door 4. St John’s Ambulance is available for all public events.

For GA Floor Standing Events – additional First Aid Teams are located on the sides of the GA Area.

Additional First Aid Teams are located in Tunnel 3  on the Arena Floor for all concert events.

The distribution of promotional items, flyers or printed materials is not permitted without written permission from Qudos Bank Arena and/or its’ Hirers. The sampling and distribution of products is strictly prohibited.

We offer a diverse and inclusive menu that caters to a wide range of dietary preferences and requirements, with options that are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and halal.

For the comfort of patrons and performers, the use of iPads/Tablets (over 20cm when measured diagonally) are not permitted inside the main Arena.

After an event, all lost property is retained at the Arena for 3 months, if you are seeking lost property, please email – info@qudosbankarena.com.au with a description of the item, contact name, best contact number, the name of the event and date you attended the Arena.  Should the item be located, you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange collection.

The Qudos Bank Member Lounge is available for Qudos Bank members, offering complimentary pre-show nibbles, entertainment and access to premium beverages at the bar in the exclusive Qudos Bank member lounge. Located on Club level (Level 1) opposite Door 29. Simply show your Qudos Bank card to gain access and enjoy one of the many benefits of your membership.

The American Express Entertainment Lounge is also available exclusively for American Express Card members. Whether you’re in the mood for a speedy snack or a soothing drink, the AMEX Lounge is the perfect choice. Located opposite Door 39 on Club Level (Level 1). To gain entry, simply show your American Express Card.

American Express customers can access 10% off Food & Beverages Simply present and pay with your American Express Card at participating outlets including the AMEX Lounge, and receive 10% off your order at checkout. Exclusions, T&C’s apply.

If you have a medical condition requiring medication such as EpiPens or insulin pens, please inform our security team upon arrival. They will ensure that your bag is tagged so all staff members know you have been cleared to have these essential items with you.

Merchandise is available for the majority of events. Credit card and EFTPOS facilities, including Paywave, are available in each Merchandise outlet. Please remember that the merchandise range is organised and supplied by the artist’s management. If you require an exchange or refund after the event, please get in touch with the Arena on our Contact Us page to get the management’s contact information.

A Parent’s Room is on the Main Concourse (Ground Level) opposite Door 14.

Parking is managed by Sydney Olympic Park and can conveniently be found throughout Sydney Olympic Park.

There are over 10,000 onsite car parks throughout the Olympic Park precinct, with the largest Car Park being P1 Car Park adjoining Qudos Bank Arena which can accommodate over 3,300 cars.

All other onsite car parks are located within a 10-minute walk of the Arena.

On days when there are multiple events in the precinct, a complimentary shuttle bus services will operate between Qudos Bank Arena and all operational car parks.

Please be aware that Qudos Bank Arena is a CASH-FREE venue. EFTPOS and credit card payment methods are accepted, including Paywave and Apple Pay technologies at all retail outlets.

If you don’t have a credit/debit card, you can visit our Information Desk, where they will provide you with an EFTPOS card for use throughout your time at the Arena for a fee of $5.

Prams are not permitted in the seating area and must be cloaked at the Information Desk located in the Grand Foyer. Upon arrival, please check with our Front Of House staff, as this location may change depending on the event requirements.

There will be complimentary pram cloaking in the QBar for family events. Please check with our Front Of House staff, as this location may change depending on the event requirements.

Professional & SLR cameras (cameras with detachable lenses or a lens that extends more than 5cm from the body of the camera), video cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted at any event and therefore not permitted to enter Qudos Bank Arena.

For most events purses* and handbags* are permitted inside Qudos Bank Arena. All Bags are subject to a search procedure upon arrival. Backpacks (any bag with two straps) will not be permitted to enter any event at Qudos Bank Arena
Baggage sizes are utilised upon entry to verify the approved sizes permitted inside the Arena.

Qudos Bank Arena has a strict NO PASS OUT POLICY. Once you exit the Arena, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Qudos Bank Arena is a licensed venue and practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Free drinking water is available at every bar, and Hydration Stations are located on each level of the Arena. Patrons who appear under 25 must present a current driver’s licence, NSW Photo Card or Passport prior to being served. Penalties apply to patrons who fail to comply with conditions set out in the Liquor Act 2007.

All ASM Global managed venues constantly review security measures and remain extremely vigilant about the security of our patrons and staff. Management at each venue undertakes a risk assessment for every event and works closely with the respective State Police Command, including any recommendations made regarding security for a particular event. That includes the precinct and the Arena itself.

The use of Selfie Sticks is not permitted at Qudos Bank Arena due to patron enjoyment and safety considerations. We encourage you to take selfies (for events allowing cameras) without using Selfie Sticks.

You are welcome to bring signs, but you must ensure they are smaller than A3 (29.7cm x 42cm) in size. For some events, signs are completely prohibited under the direction of the Promoter/Artist.

Qudos Bank Arena is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the Arena is prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. A designated smoking area is available for all events. Cigarettes, matches and lighters are not available for sale.

Tickets can only be collected at the Ticket Box Office the day of the event. The Ticket Box Office usually opens 30 minutes before external doors open. As a part of the terms of sale, the only person authorised to collect pre-paid tickets is the credit/debit card holder. The credit/debit card holder must also present the following ID to collect tickets in person:

  • Credit/debit card that was used to purchase the tickets 
  • Valid Photo ID
  • Valid concession card or proof of entitlement (for concession tickets only)

All tickets for Qudos Bank Arena are sold via our official ticketing partner Ticketek. Please head to www.ticketek.com.au to purchase tickets.

If tickets are still available, last minute tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Box Office located adjacent to Entry A at the Grand Foyer.

Male and female and accessible toilets are located throughout the Arena; we also have Accessible facilities and a Parent’s Room that contains baby change facilities.

Umbrellas longer than 300mm (when in the closed position) must be left in the umbrella bins provided or cloaked.

If the umbrella can be closed and fit into a pocket/bag smaller than A5 (20cm x 15cm) – then it will be allowed inside the Arena

If an act is not on our website, the performance has not been confirmed at Qudos Bank Arena.

For certain events, one sealed 600ml PET bottle of water per patron may be permitted entry* – under no circumstances will an unsealed PET bottle be permitted entry.

Metal, Glass, Hard Plastic Water bottles (ones that don’t ‘crimple’ in your hand) will not be allowed entry into Qudos Bank Arena.

Please note free drinking water is provided at our hydration stations for all events.

Complimentary WIFI is available in the Qudos Bank Member Lounge (Level 1, opposite door 29) and American Express Invites Lounge (Level 1, opposite door 39).

5G has been installed and is readily available for all patrons to access.
