Prepare to be swept away by the timeless magic of opera when two of the most revered and iconic figures in the world of music, José Carreras and Plácido Domingo reunite for José Carreras and Plácido Domingo – The Legends Together Again, Live in Concert.
After their incredible solo careers, and captivating audiences around the globe as members of the unforgettable Three Tenors, José Carreras and Plácido Domingo are reuniting for a very special tour of Australia in November 2024.
Coming to Qudos Bank Arena Saturday 23 November, the evening will feature a program filled with iconic arias, duets, and ensembles from some of the most beloved operas of all time, along with their emotionally charged repertoire of Broadway and Neapolitan songs and timeless classics that have resonated with audiences for generations. Be prepared to be moved by the emotional intensity, exquisite harmonies, and the sheer brilliance of these two operatic giants.
Joining Carreras and Domingo on this magnificent stage will be a high‐profile Australian soprano and a 55‐piece orchestra, under the baton of Maestro David Giménez, ensuring this will be a breathtaking night of unparalleled talent, passion and artistry that will leave fans utterly spellbound.
