- Any Patron aged 15 years or under, must be accompanied by an adult.
- For the best experience, patrons are strongly encouraged to arrive early for the event and leave additional time for the Security Screening Process when entering the Arena.

- For your convenience, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to pre-book your parking space by midnight the day before the show you are attending to guarantee you a car spot. Book parking here!

- Patrons must only sit in the seat number printed on your ticket
- The Arena is now 100% cashless, please bring your card or phone for payments
- No Backpacks and bags over A5 (200 mm x 150 mm) sizing will be permitted into the Arena.
- Bags smaller than 15 x 20cm are permitted
- Follow signage and the directives of staff at all times
- Hydration Station (water fountain) facilities are available within the Arena. Please bring your empty water bottles – (No glass, hard plastic or metal & no bottles larger than 600ml).
- Patrons must only sit in the seat number printed on your ticket
- We have a cloakroom for oversized or unsuitable items, the cost is $10, and the proceeds will be donated to a Qudos Bank Arena charity partner
- Strobe lighting effects may be used throughout the performance
