Australian-Japanese, US-based singer-songwriter and global sensation JOJI will tour Australia for the first time ever, bringing his Pandemonium Tour to local audiences this November. The critically acclaimed musician will be joined by US rapper SavageRealm.

JOJI began as a YouTube sketch comedy content creator and has since become one of the industry’s most enthralling and enigmatic artists. In 2017, leaving his comedy roots to pursue music full-time under the stage name JOJI, he began releasing music under the label 88rising, revealing a lo-fi, serious yet soothing sound, instantly beloved by fans.

Largely written and produced by JOJI himself, debut album Ballads 1 (2018) hit No.1 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart, as second single ‘SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK’ reached 5x Platinum status in the US, Gold in the UK and Platinum in Australia.

2020 project Nectar, which featured viral tracks ‘Gimme Love’, ‘Like You Do’ and ‘Afterthought’, generated over 100 million streams per track and saw JOJI tour the world with his anthemic repertoire. The album claimed No.1 on the ARIA Album Chart on release and peaked at No.3 on the Billboard 200 Album Chart.

2022 saw hit single ‘Glimpse of Us’, from JOJI’s latest album SMITHEREENS – the most streamed album on Spotify globally in the week of release – take the world by storm. Joining Spotify’s Billions Club, receiving over 1 billion worldwide streams, ‘Glimpse of Us’ reached No.1 in seven countries including Australia and New Zealand as well as attaining 2x Platinum status in Australia and Platinum in the US. With Clash hailing it as “a stunning piano ballad”, the song will forever define JOJI’s career, catapulting him into the spotlight.

In 2023, JOJI continues to take his ethereal music to the world, touring at home and abroad to an incredible reception from fans and critics alike. In what will be JOJI’s first headline tour of Australia and New Zealand, the global hit-maker will finally touch down this November for a series of unmissable shows – this will be one for the history books!
